Diamond Executive Coaching Program
For top level female entrepreneurs only, Maria offers private, weekly, one-on-one coaching on an annual retainer basis for elite movers and shakers. You will have access to Maria via phone and email to show you how to re-gear your leadership style, effectiveness, and change the face of your business affairs to not only make it profitable but make a difference in the world. There is no need to club your competition to get what you want. Maria will be there to guide you to your personal and professional breakthroughs - plus more. You’ll meet with Maria face-to-face three times per year, and you will have the option to have her work with your leadership team for one of those sessions. You will also be on the ground floor to participate with other Diamond Executives in an annual "Power Summit,"™ where you will truly learn to leverage your leadership skills. This program is not for the faint of heart. This program requires a high level of commitment, an application and interview process, as well as a serious investment. Sapphire "Emerging Entrepreneur" Coaching Program:
This program is geared specifically for entrepreneurs whose business value is under $1 million in gross revenue and who are ready to catapult themselves to the next level. If you’re experiencing a stall in your business and achievement, it’s time to get unstuck. Change your mindset, change the way you do business, and emerge as someone who has the ambition to make a greater imprint on the world around you. Maria will lead you along the path to identify where you are stuck and jump over your personal and professional hurdles to find your true purpose, power, and prosperity. You will also be part of a powerful mastermind group that meets three times per year. This program is an annual commitment, requiring both a business evaluation and an interview. Private Power Day - One–on-One Consulting Session:
If you’re ready to get to the nuts and bolts of the issue right away, then this is for you! Spend an entire day in Maria’s NYC location face-to-face, one-on-one working on you and your organizational needs. Apply for one of her Private Power Days by filling out an application. Ruby Slipper Seminar Series… for leaders
This seminar series is specially formatted for all entrepreneurs who want to work on their mindset and leadership skills on a regular basis. Maria will show you how to change the landscape of both your mind and business to achieve greater success. The real truth is that success (or failure) is an “inside job.” Work on that aspect, and the rest will start to fall in place. The group calls will be run on a monthly basis. If you miss one, don’t worry; we will send you a copy of the recorded call on CD at the end of each month to enjoy at your leisure. The Ruby Leadership Seminar Series is our entry level of membership, and it provides a great way to have ongoing access to Maria at an affordable rate.
